RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since every item is printed on demand, our return policy works a bit differently than what you might be used to. Here's the deal.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll send a full replacement or issue a refund. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out. Just send us photos of the issue — we'll handle the rest.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Got something you didn't order? That's on us. We'll ship the correct item at no extra cost and cover return shipping for the mix-up.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Sizing can be tricky with streetwear. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to sort it out.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because every piece is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns on items that aren't defective. No hard feelings — it's just how print-on-demand works.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll review and get back to you within 48 hours.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return or refund is approved, expect the funds back in 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary — that part is out of our hands.
WHY WE DO IT THIS WAY
Every piece is made just for you. That means zero waste — but it also means we can't accept returns on items that aren't defective. We'd rather make one shirt that someone actually wants than a hundred that end up in a landfill.
