By accessing or using wear2am.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

All items sold on Wear2AM are produced on demand through our print partner, Printify. Each item is printed and shipped individually after your order is placed.

While we strive for color accuracy, colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitors, device settings, and the printing process. This is not considered a defect and is not grounds for a return.

All prices on wear2am.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed through Stripe, our payment processor. You will receive an order confirmation email after your payment is successfully processed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.

Wear2AM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

In summary: we replace defective or damaged items. Because all products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

All designs, logos, graphics, text, images, and other content on wear2am.com are the property of Wear2AM and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wear2AM and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of wear2am.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
